p65 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "p65," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the p65 online casino platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://p65.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the p65 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the p65 platform, through which the player accesses games, manages funds, and claims promotions.
• "Platform" means the p65 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at https://p65.app.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, poker, and any other wagering products available on the p65 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account as part of a p65 promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) deposits made by the player using supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

To register for and use the p65 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of p65, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the p65 platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

p65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by p65 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games on p65, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the p65 platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number and a working email address during registration. These will be used for account verification and communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• p65 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify p65 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

p65 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on p65 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p65 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. p65 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the p65 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• p65 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the player. p65 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though this may be subject to change with prior notice.

p65 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account verification and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• p65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All games available on the p65 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from regulated studios. p65 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed will be returned to the player's account.
• p65 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p65 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the p65 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your p65 account.

All content on the p65 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of p65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the p65 platform without prior written consent from p65.
• The p65 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of p65. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content is licensed to p65 by third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

p65's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

p65 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

p65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering for a p65 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p65 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and p65 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

p65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p65 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the p65 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

p65 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
